December, 2011  – Christmas Coffee Donations for the Union Gospel Mission
With Christmas coming, we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Unfortunately, for some, the Christmas season can be hard and difficult.  Cornerstone is again taking donations so we can give the people that the New Westminster Union Gospel Mission (UGM) serve a little help.  Starting on December 11th, there will be collection box in the lobby of the church in which will be collecting cans of ground coffee.  Although you may wish to donate other items, they are in need of only coffee, so please do not bring or place any other items (i.e. clothes, toys, food…) in the donation box. Every donation is a chance to help others and perhaps give the love of God to those in need.
